Life can be tough and devastating sometimes. In our busy schedule it is very difficult to find the space and time to think about our thoughts and acknowledge our feelings.

As a psychologist I offer a confidential space to focus on you as an individual. Active listening can support you in working towards a positive change in yourself.

My Qualification & Experience

I have completed my MPhil in Psychology from Government College University (GCU), Lahore Pakistan. I have completed my Bachelors in Psychology in 2018 from GCU Lahore while securing 4th distinction in the overall bachelor’s program in the Department of Psychology. I have been the part of a research project entitled “Self-harm & suicide prevention among Youth” where I have been conducted psychological assessment and evidence based manualized sessions as a psychologist. I have been part of different clinics and hospitals where I have completed my clinical practice under qualified or trained practioners.

I can support you in the dealing of these problems as per my experience these are;

  • Anger issues, Anxiety, Lack of Assertiveness, Bereavement, Bullying, Depression, Emotional Abuse, Emotional Issues, Panic Attacks, Relationship difficulties, Lack of self-confidence, Self-esteem issues, Self-Harm & Suicidal Feelings, Shyness, Stress, Work related stress.

What do I offer?

I offer both long and short term counselling on Zoom

Consultation Charges

I offer consultation on the following basis; 

  • Once, twice or three times per week at regular time slots.
  • International Individual: USD 10 fee for 45 – minute consultation.
  • For Pakistan: PKR 2,000 fee for 45 – minute consultation (on first visit)
